- Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
- Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from related department should be provided;
- Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact email@example.com for details).
- The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment MethodsPay via Paypal
Please login to the paper submission system to register with a paper ID. Registration Fee can be paid in the system by Paypal.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for banking details. Bank charges associated with the transfer of money should be borne by the buyer.
4. Transfer and Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.
All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary at email@example.com.
* Before and on September 20, 2023: Full Refund (Please add 30 USD cancellation fee).
* From September 21 to October 15, 2023: 50% of payment Refund.
* After October 15, 2023: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
